Shipping and Receiving Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional ingredients to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit shipping documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery of shipments.
  • Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and well-stocked shipping area.
  • Pack and label shipments according to established procedures.
  • Receive incoming deliveries, verify quantities and condition of goods, and process paperwork accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities.
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
