Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our traders by serving as a liaison to all parties involved in the customer order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Process purchase orders, confirm availability, and coordinate with all parties involved in the release and delivery of product.
  • Prepare and process import and/or export documentation for cross-border and international shipments.
  • Maintain accurate and complete virtual files for all customer orders and related documentation.
  • Invoice sales orders and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work collaboratively with accounting departments to resolve issues regarding credit holds, short payments, and receivables and payables inquiries.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in customer service or logistics is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Bilingual in French is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with Microsoft Office suite programs.
