Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and team members.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced environment requires a team player who can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. A combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required.
