Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Ferro Mechanical. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Resolve conflict situations and ensure project teams are working effectively.
  • Consult with clients after project completion to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.

  • Client focus and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to project management.
  • Analytical skills to identify and mitigate project risks.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees to support their integration into the team.
Support for Youths:
  • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
