**Job Summary**

Island View Place Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill the role of Nurse Manager. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Direct patient care and ensure the highest level of service is provided
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure a supportive work environment
  • Advocate for patient needs and ensure their rights are respected

**Qualifications:**

  • Valid LPN license and graduation from an LPN program
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting

**Skills and Abilities:**

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to support team development
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Ability to stand, lift, and bend as needed to provide patient care
  • Regular stretching and walking to maintain a healthy work environment
