Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Manage inventory, including ordering merchandise and maintaining stock levels
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets
- Manage cash and maintain a secure and safe working environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
