We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at The Palace LTC in Alexandria, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
  • Support residents and their families through palliative care and other challenging situations.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • PSW Program Certificate or Diploma that meets the appropriate standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities, the National Association of Career Colleges, or the Ontario Community Support Association.
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
