Server - Food and Beverage Services Professional

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Wok Box - Meadow Lake. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and attention.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Previous experience in the food service industry is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of physical activity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
