Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Office Operations: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain accurate records of office activities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, patients, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely exchange of information.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, and provide solutions to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
