Job Overview

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources, including materials, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and organize the formation of major departments and senior management roles.
  • Coordinate operations across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate necessary authority and foster optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative oversight; design and approve marketing strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Supervision

Supervision of 5-10 staff members.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

  • Manage a substantial workload.
Experience Requirement

2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
