Culinary Specialist Job Description

At Bean Brewers Inc., we are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
