Food Service Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Bar Down. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen and dining areas run efficiently and effectively.
Manage Food and Kitchen SuppliesRequisition and manage food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality meals to our customers.
Estimate and Manage InventoryEstimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
Manage Records and ReportsManage records and reports, including stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, to ensure that we have accurate and up-to-date information to inform our business decisions.
Prepare Food Order SummariesPrepare food order summaries for our chef, ensuring that they have the necessary information to prepare high-quality meals.
Supervise and Check Assembly of TraysSupervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that they are prepared to our high standards.
Supervise and Check Delivery of Food TrolleysSupervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that they are delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Support for Diversity and Inclusion- Participate in Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives
Participate in government or community programs or initiatives that support diversity and inclusion, ensuring that we create a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees.
