We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Cheese Specialist to join our team at L'OCA Quality Market. As a Cheese Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through their cheese journey, offering recommendations based on their flavor profiles and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cheese Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various cheese types, including their origins, production methods, and flavor profiles.
  • Artisanal Display: Create visually appealing cheese displays that showcase our selection and ensure freshness and allure.
  • Pairing Expertise: Share pairing suggestions and create memorable experiences for customers.
  • Safety First: Adhere to all food safety standards and ensure team member safety.
