Overview

Fountain Tire Spruce Grove is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Commercial Tire Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, balancing, and rotating passenger and light truck tires and wheels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, balance, and rotate tires and wheels
  • Complete and maintain various safety courses, including Whimis, TIA, and Customer Experience Standards
  • Maintain tire service equipment and perform specialty tire work, including studding, retread, and nitrogen
  • Assist with inventory management and documentation processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a team environment with a focus on hard work, concise communication, and clear heads
  • Perform in-shop work and service truck calls
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with unpredictable conditions, including physical demands and variable weather

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of tire experience, preferably in commercial and OTR
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract
  • Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude
