Overview

Fountain Tire Spruce Grove is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Commercial Tire Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, balancing, and rotating passenger and light truck tires and wheels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, balance, and rotate tires and wheels
  • Complete and maintain various safety courses, including Whimis, TIA, and Rim Safety course
  • Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
  • Maintain tire service equipment and perform specialty tire work
  • Assist with inventory management and documentation

Working Conditions:

  • Team environment with a focus on hard work, communication, and safety
  • In-shop work and service truck calls
  • After-hours service calls
  • Consistent lifting of weights up to 100lbs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of tire experience, preferably commercial and OTR
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
