Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Security Systems Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our security services team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining intrusion detection, IP CCTV, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and troubleshoot security systems to identify and resolve issues
  • Install, repair, and maintain intrusion detection, IP CCTV, and access control systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the security industry
  • Excellent knowledge of major security manufacturer platforms
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass thorough background and identity checks
  • Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Ability to unload equipment from a vehicle and climb ladders
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to obtain a Reliability Security Clearance
