About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fence Installation Specialist to join our team at Miller Fence & Deck. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality fences and decks for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Measurement: Determine layout and installation procedures for fence and deck installations, measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools for installation and maintenance tasks.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications for fence and deck installations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in outdoor construction or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors in various locations, including rural areas.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work, handling heavy loads, and repetitive tasks.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle and valid driver's license required.
