About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Fence Installation Specialist to join our team at Miller Fence & Deck. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality fences and decks for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine layout and installation procedures for fence and deck installations
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including tools and equipment
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transportation
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations, adhering to safety protocols and best practices
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in fence and deck installation
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
