Job Title: Power BI Report Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Report Developer to join our team at Foilcon. As a Power BI Report Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
  • Develop data models optimized for business intelligence and analytics
  • Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise on report implementation to OPS staff
  • Build and deploy data models optimized for business intelligence and analytics
  • Conduct research and prototyping of new business intelligence and analytics capabilities to support OPS business requirements
Requirements:
  • Advanced Microsoft Power BI development experience
  • Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Direct Query, and Power Query in the Power Platform environment
  • Experience in data processing and visualization
  • Experience in integrating data from different sources
  • Experience in Python programming and DAX to analyze datasets and build models to extract reports and dashboards
  • Experience with relational database concepts and technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an OPS IT Cluster provisioned Power Platform environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
