Job Title: Power BI Report Developer

Foicon is seeking a highly skilled Power BI Report Developer to join our team. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data models optimized for business intelligence and analytics
  • Develop and implement complex reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise on report implementation to OPS staff
  • Collaborate with data analysts to develop end-user solutions
  • Act as a liaison between technical departments and business departments
Requirements:
  • Advanced Microsoft Power BI development experience
  • Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Direct Query, and Power Query
  • Experience in data processing and visualization
  • Experience in integrating data from different sources
  • Experience in Python programming and DAX
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide user and system documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an OPS IT Cluster provisioned Power Platform environment
  • Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
