About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Service Team Member to join our team at Subway Sandwiches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a safe and healthy working space.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing customer needs and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Work Conditions: Be able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with the physical demands of the role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, as this is our primary language of communication.
  • Hours: Be available to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
