About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Nerval Corporation. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory levels, processing orders, and ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Count, weigh, and sort items as they are received, and maintain accurate records of our stock levels.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders, both in-store and online, and ensure that items are accurately packed and shipped.
  • Stockroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment, including shelving, bins, and other storage areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues related to product availability and ordering.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that our stockroom operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
