Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Nerval Corporation. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory levels, processing stock orders, and ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process stock orders and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Unpack and count products received by the store
  • Stock shelves and display areas to ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Price items using stamps or stickers according to our price list
  • Fill mail or electronic orders from our warehouse stock
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and stand for long periods
