The Culinary Support Staff plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of the kitchen environment at Montana's BBQ & Bar. This position involves various tasks that ensure a smooth operation and a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
  • Dish Management: Hand wash and sanitize dishes and utensils, ensuring they are ready for use.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Waste Management: Regularly remove garbage and trash from the kitchen to maintain a clean workspace.
  • Inventory Handling: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to uphold cleanliness standards.
Qualifications

  • Experience: On-the-job training will be provided.
