Position Overview

Tundra Transfer Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to manage the transportation of goods efficiently and professionally. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to handle various logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Operation: Safely operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to transport a variety of items.
  • Customer Interaction: Maintain professionalism while providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Sales Duties: Promote and sell products along established delivery routes.
  • Product Handling: Assemble, install, and set up merchandise as needed.
  • Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload goods to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Record Keeping: Document trip details including vehicle mileage, fuel expenses, and any issues encountered.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
Qualifications
  • Licensing: Possession of a Class 5/5F/G Licence for operating cars and small trucks.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Travel Requirements
  • Local Travel: This position involves local transportation.
