  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and colleagues
    • Coordinate meetings, events, and deadlines
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
    • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
    • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • Technology and Software
    • Proficient in PCLaw in the Cloud, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a real estate or administrative role
