Job Summary

As an Office Support Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity and accuracy of our stores. This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and inventory levels.
  • Perform data entry and reporting tasks to support financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Assist with inventory control and management, including receiving and processing shipments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or finance.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems.
