About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at Holy Smoke. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, receive payment for goods or services, and provide change as needed.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain the Store: Restock shelves, clean the counter area, and maintain a tidy store environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment

As a Cashier at Holy Smoke, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work a 40-hour week and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic and ever-changing retail environment.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
