Job Summary
As a Retail Supervisor at Savers, you will play a critical role in driving store success by making informed decisions that impact business results. You will be responsible for developing and empowering your team members to achieve exceptional customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Make informed decisions to drive business results and improve store performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives
