We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Tax and Accounting Solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare various financial and accounting reports, including trial balances and statistical reports.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and balance general ledgers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial information.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
