About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Royal Shawarma. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and package take-out food to our high standards
    • Portion and wrap foods to order
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands
  • Customer Service
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
    • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently
  • Inventory Management
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and appealing display
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
