Position Overview

Join our dynamic Food & Beverage team as an Event Food Service Attendant, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests during various events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with In-Seat Servers and Bartenders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverage orders to guests.
  • Maintain awareness of the seating area while adhering to Smart Serve principles.
  • Respond to guest inquiries with a friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
  • Assist with additional administrative or service tasks as required.
  • Comply with all service standards and policies, including Health & Safety regulations.
  • Work in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Qualifications

We recognize that not all candidates will meet every qualification listed below, and we encourage you to share any relevant experience in your application.

  • Smart Serve certification is mandatory.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in food service is advantageous.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and perform repetitive motions while carrying trays of food and beverages.
  • Capability to navigate stairs quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
