Revenue Optimization Analyst H/F

Position Summary:
- Accountable for overseeing and enhancing Porter's ancillary revenue offerings to maximize income through analytical and optimization methodologies.
- Evaluate passenger demand utilizing data visualization instruments to establish optimal pricing strategies for ancillary services across Porter's route network.
- Proactively address ancillary optimization issues to boost revenue generation.
- Execute A/B pricing trials on ancillary services.
- Develop and sustain dashboards and reports to monitor the impact of ancillary pricing on the organization's commercial objectives.
- Analyze and report on KPIs to assess performance across all sales channels.
- Conduct Revenue Integrity assessments on Porter's bookings to avert revenue loss.
- Collaborate with IT, Digital, and pricing teams to enact pricing modifications for market competitiveness.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Uphold the Company's Safety Policy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Network Planning, Strategic Planning, Operational Research, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- An MBA or M.Sc in related disciplines is advantageous.
- Prior experience in airline pricing and revenue management is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Revenue Management, Network Planning, GDS, and Data Analytics is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) is essential; knowledge of VBA, SQL tools, PowerQuery, and Tableau is a plus.
Porter Airlines has been enhancing the economy air travel experience since 2006, providing genuine hospitality with style, care, and charm.
The airline's fleet of Embraer E195-E2 and De Havilland Dash 8-400 aircraft serves a North American network from Eastern Canada.
