We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Qikiqtani Retail Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, including managing staff, determining merchandise and services to be sold, and implementing price and credits policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring products for resale
  • Implement price and credits policies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to meet staffing requirements
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure smooth store operations
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
