We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Fairy Sweet. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet treats, including cakes, pastries, and breads.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of sweet goods, including cakes, cookies, and pastries.
- Bake and decorate cakes and other sweet treats to a high standard.
- Train and supervise junior staff members in the preparation and baking of sweet goods.
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Requisition and order materials and supplies as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related environment.
- College or equivalent education in a related field.
- Excellent baking and decorating skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift heavy loads.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
