We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at beBee Professionals in Cornwall. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch, adhering to strict quality control measures.
- Decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts to a high standard, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
