Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1205084 BC LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to succeed.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet the company's standards.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage the company's finances effectively.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Sell merchandise and achieve sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Standing for extended periods and ability to work in a physical environment.
- Permanent work term and 32 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
