We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Cook to join our team at Sushi Nine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and training staff in food preparation and handling.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute menus, ensuring high-quality dishes and efficient food preparation
- Estimate food requirements and manage kitchen inventory
- Train and develop staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
We are looking for a candidate with expertise in Japanese cuisine and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. If you have a passion for cooking and a desire to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we encourage you to apply.
