Job Title: Concrete Finisher

B.C. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Fills hollows and removes spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Operates power vibrators to compact concrete and level the top surface according to grade and depth specifications.
  • Imparts the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Installs anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to ensure a secure and durable finish.
  • Applies hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and prevent damage.
  • Waterproofs, damp proofs, and restores surfaces to maintain their integrity.
  • Repairs, resurfaces, and replaces worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to extend their lifespan.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
