Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Consultant to join our team at TRIGO. As a Quality Consultant, you will be responsible for reviewing QMS systems to ensure they meet the IATF 16949:2016 standard requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review QMS systems to ensure compliance with IATF 16949:2016 standard requirements
- Perform process or QMS audits to determine discrepancies in systems or processes
- Develop systemic action plans to address issues found during audits
- Assist clients in implementing action plans and validating results
- Prepare reports to share with clients and stakeholders
- Serve as primary contact with clients and suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
- Certified as a IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 auditor
- Experience in APQP, PPAP, and Quality Core Tools
- Project management skills and high-level organization skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proven track record of creating error-free and detailed documentation
- Ability to multi-task and change responsibilities as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within the country
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six Sigma certification
- 20+ years manufacturing experience
- Minimum 10 years Quality experience (Automotive)
