Quality Consultant - QMS Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Consultant to join our team at TRIGO. As a Quality Consultant, you will be responsible for reviewing QMS systems to ensure they meet the IATF 16949:2016 standard requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review QMS systems to ensure compliance with IATF 16949:2016 standard requirements
  • Perform process or QMS audits to determine discrepancies in systems or processes
  • Develop systemic action plans to address issues found during audits
  • Assist clients in implementing action plans and validating results
  • Prepare reports to share with clients and stakeholders
  • Serve as primary contact with clients and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Certified as a IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 auditor
  • Experience in APQP, PPAP, and Quality Core Tools
  • Project management skills and high-level organization skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Proven track record of creating error-free and detailed documentation
  • Ability to multi-task and change responsibilities as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within the country

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six Sigma certification
  • 20+ years manufacturing experience
  • Minimum 10 years Quality experience (Automotive)
