Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

A&W Restaurants Inc is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take customer orders and operate a cash register
  • Serve food and beverages to customers at the counter or table
  • Prepare and heat cooked food items
  • Keep all stations clean and sanitized
  • Stock refrigerators, cupboards, and salad bars
  • Record food quantities used or wasted
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Ability to work well with a variety of people
  • Initiative, good judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods
  • Some heavy lifting may be required
