Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care to residents based on their individual needs and preferences, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mealtime assistance, ensuring a comfortable and dignified experience for each resident.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided, documenting observations and any changes in residents' condition promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including nurses, social workers, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for residents.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures, creating a secure and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Government-approved Health Care Aide certificate
