Opportunity Overview:

Alberta Health Services (AHS) offers a competitive compensation package, including a Remote Retention Allowance of up to $3,000 annually. This allowance is non-pensionable and is distributed on an hourly basis for all hours compensated at the standard pay rate.

Position Summary:

As an Electronics Technologist II, your primary responsibilities will include the maintenance and repair of a diverse range of intricate non-clinical electronic systems, adhering to established manuals, specifications, and AHS protocols. You will take charge of sophisticated non-clinical electronic systems and will demonstrate autonomy in fulfilling the daily tasks associated with this role.

Essential Qualifications:

A completed accredited Journeyperson Certificate in one of the following fields: Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Instrument Technician from Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training; or a two-year diploma in a related technology (Electronic Technologist).
