About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for planning and managing the execution of maintenance, equipment installation, and building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise work orders related to site operations
  • Plan and manage calls for tenders and set repair progress schedules
  • Plan, monitor, and produce improvement and prevention reports
  • Weave and develop links with customers and choose solutions adapted to their needs
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor repair work in the factory
Requirements
  • Technical college training or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good understanding of building equipment
  • Excellent time and priority management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP system (Maximo desirable)
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
