About the Role

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Analyst, Facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing the execution of maintenance, equipment installation, and building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise work orders related to site operations, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Develop and implement repair progress schedules, coordinating with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to prevent maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements
  • Technical college training or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding of building equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems (Maximo desirable).
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
