Position Overview:

The main responsibility of this role is to ensure an exceptional vacation experience for our Owners and Guests by upholding our properties to a five-star standard and delivering outstanding guest service.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to our Leadership Best Practices and Mission to guarantee an extraordinary experience for Owners and Guests.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to management.
  • Address guest inquiries and service requests promptly.
  • Manage emergency situations, including noise complaints and pool issues.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the property during nighttime hours to ensure guest safety.
  • Maintain guest accommodations to a five-star standard.
  • Perform tasks such as wood furniture refinishing, drywall repair, and painting.
  • Conduct daily chemical testing and maintenance of pools and hot tubs.
  • Diagnose and repair kitchen appliances and electronic equipment.
  • Operate and maintain HVAC systems, identifying issues early to prevent downtime.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems of various voltages.
  • Organize and execute various maintenance projects efficiently.
  • Assist other departments as needed based on business demands.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, reporting missing tools and supplies as necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed and outstanding tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High integrity and professionalism are essential.
  • Post-secondary training in a trade or relevant work experience is preferred.
  • A proven history of safe work practices is required.
  • Previous safety training related to working at heights and electrical systems is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • A positive and mature attitude is important.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Organizational skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently is required.
  • Experience with pool water chemistry is a plus.
