Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of material receipts and shipments
  • Weigh materials and issue weighing tickets
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and manage shipping papers and reports
  • Track and monitor material shipments

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of office software and ability to learn new systems
  • Bilingualism is an asset
