Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Yellowhead Commercial Roofing Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times, and that all necessary safety protocols are in place to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on project progress, including any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
