Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Doors and Windows Installation Supervisor to join our team at Navpoint Garage Doors LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the successful completion of our residential door and window installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material requisition and equipment maintenance.
  • Train or arrange for training of installation team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure that all necessary resources are available.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work site is safe and secure.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that installations are completed accurately and to the required standards.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct installation team members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the ability to work outdoors in a noisy and dusty environment. The work setting is primarily residential construction, with occasional work in commercial settings.
