Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Doors and Windows Installation Supervisor to join our team at Navpoint Garage Doors LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of doors and windows, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of doors and windows, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Train and mentor installation team members, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Coordinate and schedule installation activities, managing resources and materials effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to estimate costs, materials, and labor requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve installation efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in door and window installation, with a focus on supervision and project management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Work Environment

Our installation team works on various construction sites, including residential and commercial projects. You will be required to work outdoors, often in noisy and dusty environments.
